• $3x+2x=63+2$
  
• $5x=65$
  
• $x=65/5=13$
  

• $3\times 13-2=37$
  
• $63-2\times 13=37$
  
• Sum of 2 angles = $74$
  
• Total sum of angles in a parallelogram = 360
  
• $360-74=286$
  
• $286/2=143$ ( other two angles)
  
• Therefore angles are 37, 143 , 37 & 143.
