The two oscillators starts simultaneously in same phase, but after every 50 oscillations they get out of phase or half oscillation.
Thus after 100 oscillations, the phase difference between the oscillators is equal to 2π i.e after 100 oscillations the two oscillators differ by 1 oscillation.
Hence percentage difference in frequencies is equal to 1%.
