The correct option is D M3O4
% oxygen = no. of oxygen atom in molecule×16molarmass×100

30 =3×162M+48× 100

2M' +48 = 160
M'=Atomic mass of M =56

For 2nd oxide MxOy

27.6=16y56x+16y×100

1545.5 x = 1158.4y

xy = 34

2nd oxide is M3O4.

Hence, option D is correct.
