The correct option is C 100V
V1 = 300 V
V2 = -100 V
d = 4 cm = 0.04 m
Electric field between the plates , E = (V2V1)d
= (100300)0.04
= 4000.04
= 104 V/m
3 cm from -11 V plate means 1 cm from 300 V plate.
Hence, Potential at a distance 3 cm from -100 V plate = Ed
= 1040.01
= 100 V
