The magnitude of two charges is $2 \times 10^{- 6} C$

The Dipole moment is given as:
$= q \times l$
(where $q =$ magnitude of charge $l =$ separation between the charges)

Substitute the values in above expression:
$= 2 \times 10^{- 6} \times 10^{- 2} c m$
