The correct option is A increases
xcm=2×32+1=2cm
ycm=2×42+1=83cm
find xcm and you are same as initial
B=(x,0) A=(o,y)
xcm=2×x2+1=2
x=3cm
ycm=1×y2+1=83=y=8cm

Distance AB=32+82=73
Which is more than 5 so distance has increased
