Given T1=3 s and T2=7 s
Thus, ω1=2π3 rad/s and ω2=2π7 rad/s

Also, the initial phase difference is ϕ2,0ϕ1,0=π

The phase of the first pendulum is ϕ1=ϕ1,0+ω1t
and, phase of second pendulum is ϕ2=ϕ2,0+ω2t

Let after a time t, both the pendulums are in phase.
Thus, ϕ2ϕ1=0(ω2ω1)t+ϕ2,0ϕ1,0=0

Thus, (2π32π7)t=πt=218 s
