Refer to the following figure which helps us understand that the ratio of speeds of A and B would be 2 : 3

The 4th meeting would occur after a combined movement of D + 6D = 7D. 25th of this distance would be covered by A and 35th of this distance would be the distance covered by B. Thus, distance covered by A would be 25th of 7D, i.e., distance covered by A = 2.8D - which means that the 4th meeting occurs at a distance of 0.8D from P.
