The correct option is B $2 : 1$
We know that, power,

$P = \frac{w}{t}$
For same amount of work, $P \propto \frac{1}{t}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{P_{1}}{P_{2}} = \frac{t_{2}}{t_{1}}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{P_{1}}{P_{2}} = \frac{20}{10} = 2 : 1$
