After first reflection, let the reflected ray reach mirror B at distance x from the edge, as shown in figure.


From the figure, we can deduce that
Maximum number of reflections after the first, is given by [x], where [] indicates the greatest integer function.

Also, tan30=x0.2
x=0.2×13

From the data given in the question, =23 m

[x]=230.23=30

Therefore, total number of reflections (including the first one)
n=[lx]+1=31
i.e the reflected ray undergoes maximum 31 reflections before it emerges out.
