Let the charge q is placed at a distance x from +9e and inbetween charges +9e and +e
Using Coulomb's law,

K.9e.qx2=K.q.e(16x)2{F=Kq1q2r2}

(16xx)2=19

16x1=±13

16x=43 or 23

x=3×164 or 3×162

x=12 cm or 24 cm
