$E=\frac{1}{4\pi {\epsilon }_0}\frac{q}{r^2}$

$=9\times {10}^9\times \frac{{10}^{-7}}{({10}^{-2}{)}^2}$

$=9\times {10}^{6}N{C}^{-1}$

Electric field produced by charge at B on the charge at A is,

$E=9\times {10}^9\times \frac{2\times {10}^{-7}}{({10}^{-2}{)}^2}$

$=18\times {10}^{6}N{C}^{-1}$
