The correct option is B 15,5
Given that,
Separation between the charges, r=3 m
Q1+Q2=20 μC (1)
The force is repulsive, so according to Coulomb's law
0.075=14πϵ0Q1Q2r2
0.075=9×109[Q1Q2(3)2]

Q1Q2=75×1012 C2=75 (μC)2
Substituting value of Q2 from equation (1)
Q1(20Q1)=75
Q2120Q1+75=0
Q215Q115Q1+75=0
Q1(Q15)15(Q15))
(Q15)(Q115)
Q1=5 and 15
So, Q's are 5 μC and 15 μC
