Let the velocity of the particle be v

So, Velocity=Frequency(n)×Wavelength(λ)

λ=vnλ=300500λ=35m

Now, the phase difference=2πλ×Pathdifference

60°=2π35×Pathdifference

Pathdifference=180°1800°Pathdifference=0.1°
