The repulsive electrostatic force between the charges is given by,
[F=(k×q2)/r2]
[F=[9×109×(1.6×1019)2]/r2]
it is given that this force is equal to weight of the charge i.e. [F=m×g]
[9×109×(1.6×1019)2/r2=1.7×1027×9.8]
[r=0.117] m
