v1 cos θ1 = v2 cos θ2: It means horizontal Component of velocity are same so they will travel same horizontal displacement in same time. One will be below other at any time.

Range can be same if their time of flights are also same. For that v1 sin θ1 = v2 sin θ2, but this is not necessary.
