Given that Perimeters are same. So, sum of lengths and breadths are also the same. Let's take it as x

Length and breadth of 1st rectangle are 35x and 25x

Area = 35×25 = 625x2

Length and breadth of 2nd rectangle are 47x and 37x

Area = 47×37 = 1249x2

Comparing 625 and 1249

We get , 1249 > 625

Hence, Area of 2nd rectangle is Larger and the Given statement is False.
