We have coefficient of performance
COP=Ti/(Th-Ti)
Ti- lower temperature
Th-higher temperature
Now,
COP of 1st refridgerator=-20/(25+20)
=-0.44
COP of 2nd refridgerator=-10/(25+10)
=-0.28
Since 2nd one is close to zero COP it is better
