The correct option is C 2.1 cm
Given dimension of two right circular cone are h=4.1,r=2.1 and h=4.3 ,r=2.1 volume of first right circular cone=13π(2.1)2(4.1)=π318.081
And volume of second right circular cone=$\frac{1}{3}\pi (2.1)^{2}(4.
3)=\frac{\pi }{3}18.963$
Then total volume of two right circular cone =π318.081+π318.963=π3(37.044)=12.348π
Let R is the radius of new sphere made by melted cones
So 43πR3=12.348πR3=12.348×34=9.261R=2.1cm
