From the Fourier's law we know that heat transfer through a plane wall is given as:
Q=KAΔTl
Here length and area both are same for both the rod.
So, Q=K1ΔT
So, Q1=K1(T1T)
Q2=K2(TT2)
On equating both Q1 and Q2 we get
K1(T1T)=K2(TT2)
K1K2=TT2T1T
23=T1000T
T=600C
