The correct option is C less than the final pressure of B
For isothermal process, PV= constant
P1V1=P2V2
P2=2P1

For adiabatic process, PVγ = constant
P1Vγ1=P2Vγ2
P2=P1(V1V2)γ
P2=P12γ

Since, γ is always greater than 1, For the same change in volume, there will be a greater change in pressure for adiabatic process than that for isothemral process.
