These two sayid brothers became influentials in Mughal court after the death of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb. Later they ascended different rulers as per their will or as a puppet ruler. Later after the death of Rafi-ud-daulah, Muhammad Shah became the ruler in 1719. After that to take complete rule under his control, he decided to kill these two sayid brothers. After the death of Sayid Hussain Ali Khan, protected career of these two brothers came to an end.
