Solution

Sprouted seeds:

  1. Germinating seeds have higher availability of nutrients as compared to seeds.
  2. The starch starts getting broken down while germinating, along with an increase in vitamin B-complex, vitamin K and minerals.
  3. The higher availability of nutrients increases the absorption of nutrients which makes sprouted seeds more nutritious as compared to normal seeds.
