The correct option is C 31.6 cm
Let one side of the kite be 5.6 cm and the other side of the kite be 10.2 cm.

Kite is a quadrilateral with exactly two pairs of equal consecutive sides.
So, there will be 2 sides with measure of 5.6 cm and 2 sides with measure of 10.2 cm.

$\Rightarrow$ Perimeter of the kite
$= 2 \times 5.6 + 2 \times 10.2 = 11.2 + 20.4$

$∴$ Perimeter of the kite = 31.6 cm
