$\therefore$ In the lengt of side be $(4x,3x)$cm

$\therefore 56=2(4x+3x)$

$\therefore x=\frac{56}{14}=4$ cm

$\therefore$ length of sides $=4\times 4=16$ cm

=$4\times 3=12$ cm

$\therefore$ length of sides are $12$ cm and $16$ cm.
