Semiperimeter, $S = 18 c m$

Let the side of the triangle be $a, b, c$ such that
$a = 16 c m, b = 14 c m$
$S = \frac{a + b + c}{2} = \frac{16 + 14 + c}{2} 18 = \frac{30 + c}{2} c = 36 - 30 = 6 c m$
