The sides that are fenced measure 15 yards each.
The length of the fence = 15 + 15
= 30 yards

1 yard = 3 feet
30 yards = $30 \times 3$
= 90 feet

Cost of painting is 5 dollars per feet.
Total cost = $90 \times 5$
= 450 dollars
