At point O path difference is zero.

At point P path difference, =APBP=12+2.422.4=0.2m

Path difference from first bright to second bright equal to λ

Path Difference =λ=0.2

Velocity, v=λν=0.2×1800=360ms1

Hence, velocity is 360ms1.
