$\frac{d_1}{d_2}=\frac{1}{3};\frac{m_1}{m_2}=\frac{3}{4}$
$d=m/v$
$\therefore \frac{V_1}{V_2}=\frac{m_1}{m_2}\times \frac{d_2}{d_1}=\frac{3}{4}\times \frac{3}{1}=9:4$
