Both the spherical conductors charged to the same potential.
Potential of sphere, at surface=Potential of sphere 2 at surface.

Now surface charge density σ=q4πr2
σ1σ2=q4πr12q4πr22=r2r1[from(i)]=32σ1:σ2=3:2
