The correct option is C $1$
Total energy radiated by body in time $t = Q = ϵ σ A T^{4} t$
where $A$ is the surface area of the radiating body.
Thus $\frac{Q_{1}}{Q_{2}} = \frac{r_{1}^{2} T_{1}^{4}}{r_{2}^{2} T_{2}^{4}}$ $= (\frac{8}{2})^{2} (\frac{127 + 273}{527 + 273})^{4} = 1$
Hence the correct answer is option C.
