The correct option is B $W_1<W_2$

$F_1=K_1{x}_1$ and $F_2=K_2{x}_2$
Force is same
$\therefore K_1{x}_1=K_2{x}_2$
$\therefore x_1<x_2$
Work done, $W_1=\frac{1}{2}{K}_1{x}_1^2$ and $W_2=\frac{1}{2}{K}_2{x}_2^2$
$\therefore W_1<W_2$
