These angles are supplementary.

10x${}^{\circ }$ = 180${}^{\circ }$

x${}^{\circ }$ = 18${}^{\circ }$

Hence, the angles are 3x${}^{\circ }$= 3 $\times {18}^{\circ }$ = 54${}^{\circ }$ and 7x${}^{\circ }$ = 7 $\times {18}^{\circ }$ = 126${}^{\circ }$
