Kinetic energy of two bodies are equal i.e

v22v12 = m1m2

Linear momentum is given by,
p1 = m1v1 and p2 = m2v2

Therefore p2p1 = m2v2m1v1 = m2m1 m1m2 = m1m2m2m12

p2p1 = m2m1
