The ratio of their angular momenta is given as:
L2RLR=I1ω1I2ω2 =I1v12RI2v2R
As the rotational kinetic energies of both the spheres is same we get v1=v2 and also the moment of inertia I for a sphere is I=25MR2
Substituting this, we get the ratio as 2.
