$\frac{p}{q}=0.625$

$\Rightarrow p=0.625q$.............................(2)

Put the value in (1), we get

$0.625q-q>300$

$\Rightarrow -0.375q>300$

On dividing both sides with $0.375$, we get

$-\frac{0.375q}{0.375}>\frac{300}{0.375}$

$\Rightarrow q>800$

Then $x$ is $>800$, then $x$ can equal integer $801$.
