$\Rightarrow \frac{y}{x+y}=\frac{h}{20}\cdots \left(1\right)$

$△BEF\sim △BCD$
$\Rightarrow \frac{BF}{BD}=\frac{EF}{CD}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{x}{x+y}=\frac{h}{80}\cdots \left(2\right)$

Adding $\left(1\right)$ and $\left(2\right)$, we get
$\frac{h}{20}+\frac{h}{80}=1$
$\Rightarrow h=16$
