Let the coordinates of the third vertex be (x, y).

Centroid of a triangle with vertices (x1,y1),(x2,y2) and (x3,y3) is given by (x,y) where;

x = x1+x2+x33 and y = y1+y2+y33

x+373 = 2 and y5+43 = -1

x4 = 6 and y - 1 = -3

x = 10 and y = -2

Thus the coordinates of the third vertex are (10, -2).
