The correct option is A Zero
Let B1 and B2 are magnitudes of magnetic fields at point P due to the conductors along x and y axes, respectively.

B1=μ0I2πd (^k)

And, B2=μ0I2πd (^k)

The net magnetic field at P is,

B=B1+B2

B=μ0I2πd(^k+(^k))=0

Hence, (A) is the correct answer.
