The correct option is A 7 : 4
From the fourier's law we know that heat flow through the plain is given as:
$Q = \frac{K A Δ T \times t}{L}$
And here flow of heat, area of vessels & temperature gradient are same, so we can obtain the relation:
$K_{1} t_{1} = K_{2} t_{2}$
$\frac{K_{1}}{K_{2}} = \frac{T_{2}}{T_{1}}$
$\frac{K_{1}}{K_{2}} = \frac{35}{20} = \frac{7}{4}$
