When plant fibres are burnt the often feel like burning grass.When animal fibres are burnt they often smell like burning hair.How does synthetic fibres smell when burnt.

Synthetic fibres when put on flame do their best to repel fire. They start melting first and then burn. The smell from their burning is strong and pungent with toxic chemicals in it.
