No, a foetus can not be classified under parasite since it is not detrimental to the mother. This type of homospecific relationship is known as obligatory relationship where the foetus derives its nourishment from the mother.
Also, the parasite remains on the host for the whole life time. Here, the foetus remains in the womb for only short period of time.
