The correct option is B 1.51 x 1012 per second
Number of photons falling on the surface =300×1096.63×3×1034×108

=1.50829×1018

As only 1% of photo-electrons are liberated, so, only 1.50829×1016 photons are ejected per second per m2.

In an area of 1cm2 which is 104 of m2.

So, in 1cm2 = 1.50829×1016×104 photons of ejected per second

1.51×1012 per second.

So, the answer is option (C).
