Solution

The correct option is A Rs 10750
The profit is decided based on the investment amount throughout the year. Uma’s
investment for the first 3 months was 14000, and for the remainder of the year it was 140005000=9000
Uma’s average investment for the year =(3×14000)+(9×9000)12=10250
Similarly, Vishal’s average investment for the year =(3×16000)+(9×21000)12=19750
Wilson’s average investment =12×18000=9000
The profit amounts will be the ratio =10250:19750:9000
10250x+19750x+9000x=39000=>x=1
Vishal’s share is more than Wilson’s share by =197509000=Rs.10750
