Under what osmotic conditions, does water not enter a cell?

Solution
Effect of osmotic conditions on the cell:
Osmotic conditions of the extracellular solution can cause either the movement of water molecules in the cell or out of the cell across the semipermeable membrane through osmosis.
Water molecules will not enter a cell if the water concentration is the same in the extracellular solution and in the cell.
In this condition, there will be no osmotic pressure and there will no net movement of water molecules.
This type of solution is known as an isotonic solution.
Therefore, if a cell is placed in an isotonic solution, then there will no net movement of water molecules.
