The moment of inertia of the circular disc about its diameter is

I = 14Mr2 = 14(0.200 kg)(0.04m)2

= 8.0 × 105 kgm2

The angular momentum about the axis of rotation is

L = Iω = (8.0 × 105kgm2)(10rad/s)

= 8.0 × 104 kgm2/s = 8.0 × 104Js
