We know the P.D v is related to E –

$E = - d v / d r$

$d v = - E d r$

P.D b/w points $(3, 1) & (2, 3)$

$d v = 100 (2 - 3) - 100 (3 - 1)$

$= 100 - 200$

$= - 100 v$
