After 1 second distance moved by the wire frame is A=12×at2=0.5m

Speed, v = at = 1 m/s
Total resistance =4Ω
Induced emf =Bv(L2)=10×1×1=10Vi=104

Fm=iBL2=2.5×10×1=25N.
