Using the given data, we draw the required histogram as given below. In the highest rectangle, draw two straight lines $AC$ and $BD$. Let $P$ be the point of intersection of $AC$ and $BD$.
Through $P$, draw a vertical line to meet the $x-axis$ at $M$. The abscissa of the point M represent $21.25$.
$\therefore$ The required mode $=21.25$.
