Open in App
Solution
As (x + a) (x + b) = x
2
+ (a + b)x + ab
So, (m + 5) (m – 6) = m
2
+ [5 + (–6)]m – 30
= m
2
– m – 30
∴ (m + 5) (m – 6) = m
2
– m – 30
